Frequently Asked Questions

Where is the Brooks Estate Located?

The address for the Brooks Estate is 275 Grove Street, Medford MA. This address will bring you to the entry point for the foot path; the access drive from the Grove St entrance to the Manor is about 1/2 a mile.

Is there a rain date?

The rain date for this event is Sunday, July 13. We are hoping for a sunny day on Saturday, but are excited to welcome you on Sunday if needed!

Where can I park?

You may park anywhere along Apache Trail and near 248 / 250 / 254 Grove St. Please be curteous of these neighbors as you park. A shuttle will be available to take you from the Grove St entrance to the Manor, if you prefer not to walk.

Do not park on Grove St (except for the house numbers indicated above).

Accessible parking is available by the Manor; use the Playstead entrance to Oak Grove cemetery to drive up to the manor. Watch out for pedestrians! We will direct you to an appropriate place to park once you arrive.

Will a shuttle be available from the Grove St entrance to the Manor?

Yes! Starting at 12 PM, you may wait for a shuttle to take you up to the Manor. One of our volunteers will be making trips as needed.

Can I bring food to share?

Yes! Bringing food is encouraged, but not mandatory. We love salads and side dishes, and often end up with way too many chips… keep this in mind, please!
