Notice is hereby given that the 2024 Annual Meeting of the Medford-Brooks Estate Land Trust, Inc. (M-BELT), a Massachusetts non-profit corporation, will be held on June 6, 2024, via Zoom, at 7:00pm local time, for the following purposes:
1) To elect a President of M-BELT, Inc., from the membership for a term commencing June 6, 2024 and ending as of the date of the Annual Meeting in the Year 2025; 2) to elect two members of the Board of Directors from the membership; and 3) to transact such other business as may come before the Meeting. Paid members are eligible to vote for a President and 2 Directors. Nominations for President and 2 Directors may also be made by paid members.
