To the Members of the Medford-Brooks Estate Land Trust, Inc. (M-BELT):
Notice is hereby given that the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Medford-Brooks Estate Land Trust, Inc. (M-BELT), a Massachusetts non-profit corporation, will be held on November 30, 2023 via ZOOM, at 6:30 p.m. local time, for the following purposes:
To elect a President of M-BELT, Inc., from the membership for a term commencing December 1, 2023 and ending as of the date of the Annual Meeting in the Year 2024; to elect two members of the Board of Directors from the membership; to transact such other business as may come before the Meeting.
Paid members are eligible to vote for a President and 2 Directors. Nominations for President and 2 Directors may also be made by paid members.

A Member who executes and returns a proxy in the accompanying form has the power to revoke such proxy at any time prior to exercise thereof.
