12:00 – 1:00 pm Arrive and enjoy Join other Brooks Estate enthusiasts for delicious food, live music, and yard games. Don’t forget to sign up for the raffle!
1:00 – 1:30 pm Passing of the Torch Ceremony Celebrate and thank outgoing M-BELT President Tom Lincoln, and welcome new President Carly Nesson
1:30 – 2:00 pm Manor Tour #1 See the inside of the manor! Learn about the history and architectural signifcance of this beautiful home. Tour led by Doug Carr
2:00 – 2:30 pm Manor Tour #2 Miss the first tour? Here’s another chance to check out the manor interior. Tour led by Audrey Stanwood
2:30 pm Raffle Drawing Winners of the raffle are announced – will you be one of them? No need to be present to win

Where is the Brooks Estate Located?

The address for the Brooks Estate is 275 Grove Street, Medford MA. This address will bring you to the entry point for the foot path; the access drive from the Grove St entrance to the Manor is about 1/2 a mile. 

Where can I park?

You may park anywhere along Apache Trail and near 248 / 250 / 254 Grove St. Please be curteous of these neighbors as you park. A shuttle will be available to take you from the Grove St entrance to the Manor, if you prefer not to walk.

Do not park on Grove St (except for the house numbers indicated above).

Accessible parking is available by the Manor; use the Playstead entrance to Oak Grove cemetery to drive up to the manor. Watch out for pedestrians! We will direct you to an appropriate place to park once you arrive.

Will a shuttle be available from the Grove St entrance to the Manor?

Yes! Starting at 12 PM, you may wait for a shuttle to take you up to the Manor. One of our volunteers will be making trips as needed. 

Can I bring food to share?

Yes! Do you have a favorite dish? We’d love to try it! However, you do not need to bring food if you choose not to – we will have plenty of delicious things for you to enjoy (including vegetarian and gluten-free options).
